The Winco ESVC-28 sous vide cooker tank provides the precision cooking of a traditional sous vide head with the convenience of an all-in-one unit. The 7.4 gallon (28 liter) cooking drawer is designed to gently circulate water reducing heat fluctuations for ideal cooking conditions. A section tray inside this sous vide cooker allows for cooking multiple vacuum-sealed portion at a time. Precise temperature controls are accurate to +1°F (0.5°C) and offer a wide cooking rage of 41°F to 210°F (5°-99°C) perfect for even the most delicate dishes. The lid conveniently clips to the side of the suis vide cooker when not in use. This sous vide cooker is commercial-grade and made from heavy-duty components designed to withstand daily use in foodservice environments ideal for restaurants, caterers, hotels and more.
